Refund policy

All sales are final. Exchanges for defective products only may be made within 14 days from date of purchase with defective item sent back to SWT USA office. You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us, the costs of shipping are non-refundable. If a replacement product is not available, purchase amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days of receiving returned merchandise to US office. SWT USA will provide you with a tracking number and confirmation of delivery. SWT USA is not responsible for damaged items caused by postal system, or lost/missing items after confirmed delivery.
